Standard Ijarah
This product is for those customers who prefers simplicity. You select the property and we will take care of the rest. The Bank will buy the property and lease it to you for your use. Once the terms of our contract have been met, the property will be gifted to you.
Equity Release
If you already own your house and you need cash for your business / personal needs, you can come to Noor Islamic Bank and avail Equity Release product. We provide up to 55% of the property value for Equity Release.
Construction Finance
If you want to construct your own house, just walk in to any of our branches and we will guide you to through our Construction Finance product so that you can construct your house the way you want
