This product has been designed to offer Shari’a compliant financing against guaranteed real estate receivable income. The target audience for this product would include
- Real Estate Developers
- Hotels & service apartments
- Real Estate Agents (rent contracts).
This product is targeted towrads (mid sized) Real Estate Developers, hotels/service apartments & real estate agents relying mainly on their financial strength and business profile. The financing amount of the financing against Receivables would not exceed 95% of the total annual cash flows. It should likewise be equal to the amount of receivables being assigned to the Bank by the normal housing projects or Hotels
