e-Statements

Convenient, Fast and Environment Friendly

Noor Islamic Bank PJSC is committed to making banking more convenient for you. We are also committed to protecting the environment. Hence with effect from November 1, 2010 we will be “Going Green” and you will receive your Monthly Statements via e-mail.

E-Statements not only allow us to protect our environment for future generations but also allow you to receive your statements faster and access these statements anytime and anywhere. Your e-statements will be password protected, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Your e-statement will be sent to the email address in our records. If you wish to update our records in this regard or provide us with your relevant email address please contact us on 800-NOOR (6667) and one of our Phone Banking agents will be happy to assist you.

We will however be sending you paper statements every six months (January and July) free of cost. If you still wish to receive monthly paper statements, all you need to do is call us on 800-NOOR (6667) to subscribe for monthly paper statements for a charge of AED 10 per month.

Our new arrangement regarding e-statements is in line with our standard terms of business (please refer to paragraph 5.1 of Terms and Conditions booklet).
