By maintain a minimum monthly average balance of AED 3,000 to avoid paying a fall below fee of AED 25.

If at any point during the month your account balance falls below AED 3,000, you will be charged a “fall below fee” of AED 25. This fee will be charged only once during a month.

An IBAN can always be distinguished from a normal customer account number by the following:

  • Two letters at the beginning of the IBAN, which refer to the country code where the account resides; and
  • The length of the IBAN is 29 characters.

Customers are required to call Noor Banks call centre at 600 500 607 and simply ask one our dedicated customer service agents to change their registered mobile numbers. Customers will receive a confirmation call within 1 to 2 working days on their currently registered mobile number in order to update their contact information. Customers are also able to update their contact details by visiting their nearest Noor Bank branch.

Customers are required to visit their nearest Noor Bank branch and carry with them their Emirates ID to update their registered email address.

Customer can open a Savings Account online by simply visiting www.noorbank.com.

The following validating documents are mandatory to open any of our Noor Bank account(s).

Customer statements are shared on the 5th of every month.

Sharia' requires that any product / service or transaction be in compliance with Sharia rules and principles. At Noor Bank we do not launch any product / service until the Sharia Supervisory Board has reviewed and approved it as being Sharia Compliant. The Sharia Board normally drafts and issues a Resolution (Fatwa) for a product / service which can be shared with customers.

An account will be classified as dormant due to non-activity of financial transactions. No fee(s) will be charged for the process of freezing a customer’s account.

We do not consider our customers credit card information and transaction history when opening an account.

You will be able to open only one account of the same kind under your name.

Yes. When opening a minor account you will be required to do the following:

  • Fill out an account opening form.
  • Provide verification documents
  • Residence letter from employer if you are a salaried individual; or
  • copy of trade license and source of fund if self-employed

Customers will be charged a fee of AED 100 plus VAT.
